Leadership and fiction

I have studied, thought and wrote about fiction for years from this perspective and understanding that fiction deepens our understanding of life and of human personality and character and a means to inform disciplines of sociology, psychology, politics and in fact a great entry point to appreciation of any society - all of which is certainly important to cultivating good leaders and leadership.
